What does a great Shepherd do?                                   

  1.        The good Shepherd searches
  2.        The good Shepherd finds
  3.        The good Shepherd brings home

Characteristics of a good Shepherd:

 

  1.     Feeding:  
  2.     Watering:
  3.     Grooming
  4.     Shearing
  5.     Delivering
  6.     Leading
  7.     Protecting

 

 As independent business owners we need to be fed continuously by each other; the “Truths” of the Bible first and foremost. Secondly, we need to provide water to each other. Water symbolizes cleansing, change, life, and most importantly the Word of God - The Alpha and the Omega. Finally, we need to nurture each other in excellent business practices, marketing ideas that are working, and sharing leads and contacts to support each other.  

10 Qualities of Uncommon Achievers

  1. Uncommon Achievers always consult each other. (Esther 2:15)
  2. Uncommon Achievers will invest whatever is necessary to learn the secrets of others. (1 Kings 10:1-3)
  3. Uncommon Achievers treasure every moment they are in the presence of greatness. (Exodus 33:11)
  4. Uncommon achievers pursue other uncommon achievers. ( 2 Chronicles 9: 1-9)
  5. Uncommon Achievers conduct themselves wisely in the presence of greatness. (Esther 2: 15-18)
  6. Uncommon achievers have uncommon expectations of others. (Luke 8:24-25)
  7. Uncommon Achievers are aware of their own uncommon qualities. (1 Samuel 17: 45-47)
  8. Uncommon Achievers study carefully everything that comes close to them. (Proverbs 15:28)
  9. Uncommon Achievers often discern your true motive and attitude before you ever open your mouth. (Matthew 9:3-4)
  10. Uncommon Achievers reward those who truly respect them with continued access. (Esther 5:1-12)
